ENCOSYM has implemented ESCO for the installation of a “Heat Pump” in place of a Diesel based Hot water generation system at Holiday Inn, International Airport, Mumbai.
The Heat Pump delivers chilled water as a by-product saving 10% of the load on the Chillers for the Air Conditioning system.
NO upfront Capital Investment from Holiday Inn, payment to be made from savings!
Net Resultant Savings: ~130 ltr of Diesel per day amounting to ~ Rs. 2.5- 3 Lacs/month !!!

ENCOSYM has implemented ESCO for the installation of a new 600 CFM – Chicago Pneumatic Air Compressor & replaced the old air compressors at Goldtstab Organics Pvt (GOP) Sarigam, Gujrat.GOP had purchased 4 small air compressors Purchased as & when their capacity increased, which lead to inefficacy. These new assets will help bring down the operating cost!
NO upfront Capital Investment from GOP, payment to be made from savings!
Net Resultant Savings: amounting to ~ Rs. 1.25 Lacs/month !!!
